Our Policy is very straight forward. We aim to provide our customers with a quality product and exceptional service. We take our quality control very serious. As our fabric is a 100% cotton please follow the washing guidelines carefully. Please contact us if you have any problems with the quality of the garments that you have purchased. As we will aim to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.

A full refund will be given if we are notified withing 14 working days providing the item has not been used and in original packaging. Also if the item you receive is a gift and its not quite your style we are happy to arrange a swap for something of the same value as long as the item has not been used and comes in original packaging.
Note: Postal charge will be incurred.

If you would like your purchase to be sent straight to the intended recipient we can for no extra charge include a personal gift card and forward to the desired address.

Postage is a Flat $10 rate anywhere in Australia.

Delivery time 7-14days.
